Our History

We are proud to offer a vibrant, challenging, and supportive learning environment where students are empowered to grow, thrive, and shape their future. Our school is led by a team of dedicated educators who are committed to fostering both academic excellence and personal development.

Founded in 1993, the ICS Group began as a joint venture between Cambodian and Singaporean visionaries with a shared commitment to educational excellence. Our journey started with the launch of the Information Computer School (ICS), Cambodia’s first and leading IT training centre. ICS has since produced thousands of successful graduates, many of whom now work in public institutions, international organisations, and NGOs.

In 1999, the ICS Group expanded by establishing an English Language Institute focused on practical, effective English communication. In response to the growing demand for holistic, affordable education, ICS International School (ICSIS) officially opened in 2005.
