The Teaching Assistant (TA) supports teachers in delivering effective classroom instruction and ensures a positive learning environment for students. The role assists with classroom activities, student engagement, and daily school operations, contributing to the overall teaching and learning process.

• Support teachers in classroom instruction and daily learning activities
• Assist in preparing teaching materials, resources, and classroom setup
• Provide individual or small group support to students to enhance learning
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Assist in supervising students during class, breaks, and school activities
• Support school events, activities, and extracurricular programs when required
• Monitor and report student progress or concerns to the teacher
• Ensure compliance with school policies, including child protection, health and safety, and confidentiality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in education or classroom support roles (preferred)
• Basic understanding of classroom practices and student support
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to support student learning
