The Deputy Director shares in the overall leadership of the school in partnership with the School Director. The role is responsible for supporting strategic direction, academic standards, operational management, and administrative coordination across both campuses. The Deputy Director oversees school policies, procedures, and key support functions, while ensuring effective communication between leadership, staff, students, parents, authorities, and accreditation bodies. Support the School Director in the overall
leadership and strategic direction of the school
Ensure smooth daily operation of the entire
school across all campuses
· Maintain academic standards aligned with CAIE and MOEYS requirements
· Oversee school policies, procedures, and operational systems, ensuring consistency and compliance
· Coordinate with Support Departments to ensure effective school administration
· Handle and support resolution of school matters, complaints, and concerns from students, parents, and staff
· Oversee grading systems, assessment practices, and academic reporting standards
· Support and implement the school’s vision, core values, and strategic objectives
· Contribute to long-term strategic planning with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team
· Oversee school events, receptions, reunions, and key academic and community activities
· Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and continuous improvement across all programmes
· Monitor school-wide teaching and learning practices to ensure quality and consistency
· Oversee standardised testing programmes and academic evaluation systems
· Review and evaluate learning materials and textbooks, and propose improvements where necessary
· Participate in staff recruitment and make recommendations for hiring decisions
· Support staff management, coaching, professional development, and performance improvement
· Oversee classroom observations and academic quality assurance processes
· Participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs) for academic and behavioural concerns
· Oversee and support key school functions including Front Office, Marketing, Study Abroad & Alumni Office, and Student Services
· Supervise student admissions process including testing, interviewing, and evaluation
· Support marketing, international relations, and school development initiatives
· Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field
· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in education, including leadership or senior management roles
· Strong understanding of international curricula and CAIE
· Proven experience in school operations, academic leadership, and staff management
· Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment systems, and school improvement strategies
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate across campuses effectively
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex school matters professionally
