Role Summary

ICS International School is seeking a qualified and experienced Business Development Consultant to support the school’s growth, strategic partnerships, and enrollment development.

The consultant will work closely with the management team to identify market opportunities, strengthen student recruitment channels, build external partnerships, and recommend practical strategies to support enrollment growth and long-term school development


Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop lead generation and outreach strategies for prospective families
  • Build partnership and referral opportunities with schools, companies, organizations, and community partners
  • Strengthen relationships with external stakeholders to support school growth
  • Work with admissions and marketing teams to improve parent communication, lead follow-up, and enrollment conversion
  • Recommend practical initiatives to strengthen school positioning and market presence
  • Track leads, partnership progress, and growth opportunities for management review
Qualification & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, or education-related growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of the Cambodian market; knowledge of the education sector is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and provide practical recommendations
  • Professional, proactive, and result-oriented working attitude
  • Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams
