Role Summary
We are seeking an
Academic Officer to join our academic team and support the management of the
curriculum. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic
administration, a strong understanding of curriculum delivery, and the ability
to work collaboratively with the Khmer Principal, teachers, and leadership.
This role will involve assisting with curriculum coordination, maintaining
academic standards, supporting student progress, and ensuring compliance with
school and Ministry of Education regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Khmer Principal in implementing academic policies and curriculum delivery.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed.
- Organize academic schedules, meetings, and ensure the smooth administration of exams.
- Support teacher development and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Communicate with the Ministry of Education and ensure school compliance with regulations.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in academic administration or education.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
